Human Resources Specialist

Kiffcom is recruiting a Human Resources Specialist to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations at our Tunis office. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, oversee onboarding and career development, ensure local labor law compliance, and foster a positive, high-performing organizational culture.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations and collaborate closely with leadership teams in Tunis and Canada to support business growth and talent strategy.
Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and candidate selection.
- Overseeing employee onboarding, integration programs, and offboarding procedures.
- Administering payroll preparation, contracts, leaves, benefits, and HR compliance with Tunisian labor regulations.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and workplace culture improvements.
- Supporting performance review cycles, training programs, and career progression frameworks across departments.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Solid knowledge of Tunisian labor law, HR administrative procedures, and modern talent sourcing strategies.
- Fluency in French and Arabic; working proficiency in English is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for technical/IT profiles in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR management software (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and digital onboarding tools.
