Kiffcom, a Tunis-based technology and operations company, is recruiting a strategic leader for one of its major clients in Montreal, specializing in the construction of high-quality modular housing. As the Supply Chain and Assembly Line Manager, you will be the essential operational pivot ensuring synergy between our Tunis offices and the Canadian production site.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the fluidity of the value chain, from raw material acquisition to final assembly. This high-level role requires absolute mastery of Odoo ERP and the ability to drive complex production flows remotely through agile and rigorous management.
Responsibilities
- Administration, configuration, and strategic optimization of MRP, Inventory, and Purchase modules within Odoo.
- Ensuring the integrity of Bills of Materials (BOM) and automating replenishment cycles.
- Technical supervision of production via plan tracking tools and remote monitoring systems.
- Proactive identification of bottlenecks and implementation of immediate corrective measures.
- Facilitation of daily SCRUM rituals and weekly strategic reporting to management.
Must Have
- Engineering Degree (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in production management or supply chain.
- Confirmed expertise in Odoo MRP and Inventory modules.
- Perfect mastery of the French language, both spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Mastery of technical English.
- Specific experience in the modular housing construction sector.
