Data Scientist

Kiffcom is recruiting a Data Scientist to build predictive models, analyze complex data workflows, and derive actionable insights at our Tunis office. In this role, you will design machine learning pipelines, collaborate on data architecture, and leverage statistical methods to drive business growth and product innovation.
Reporting to the Lead Data Scientist, you will serve as a key technical resource for data-driven projects and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams in Tunis and Canada to support scalable AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing, training, and deploying end-to-end machine learning models to solve business challenges.
- Cleaning, preprocessing, and exploring large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Building interactive dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with data engineers to optimize data pipelines, feature stores, and model deployment workflows.
- Monitoring model performance in production, performing A/B testing, and iterating on algorithmic improvements.
Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Analyst.
- Solid proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical modeling, machine learning frameworks, and data manipulation libraries.
- Fluency in French; working proficiency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, Snowflake), MLOps tools, and containerized deployments (Docker).
