Kiffcom is recruiting an IT Technician to oversee hardware, software, and network infrastructure at our Tunis office. In this role, you will provide technical support to local and remote employees, manage user accounts and system permissions, and ensure network security and uptime.
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will play a central role in maintaining work environment continuity, deploying new equipment, and supporting our growing technological ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, laptops, peripherals, and software tools.
- Managing user access, Active Directory / Google Workspace accounts, and security permissions.
- Monitoring office network infrastructure, routers, switches, access points, and VPN connections.
- Providing level 1 and level 2 technical support for on-site and remote employees.
- Ensuring regular system updates, data backups, and implementation of security best practices.
Must Have
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Solid knowledge of networking protocols, OS administration, and cybersecurity basics.
- Fluency in French; working knowledge of English.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified).
- Experience with cloud management tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
