Kiffcom is seeking a visionary Senior Odoo Functional Lead to spearhead our enterprise resource planning (ERP) division and steer the company toward a high-growth future. Operating from our office in Tunis, you will take full ownership of our Odoo implementation methodology, transforming complex client operations into streamlined digital ecosystems. You will serve as the premier architect of our functional solutions, ensuring that every project matches international quality standards.
As a senior leader, you will be instrumental in scaling our delivery capabilities by mentoring junior talent and establishing robust, standardized deployment frameworks. Your expertise will allow Kiffcom to maximize Odoo’s native power, minimizing technical debt while maximizing client satisfaction. Because we focus heavily on the Canadian market, you will align with North American business hours to provide seamless, real-time collaboration with our transatlantic clients.

Responsibilities
- Define the strategic roadmap for all Odoo ERP implementation projects across the agency.
- Architect end-to-end functional solutions using standard Odoo features to maximize cost-efficiency.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts to elevate the team's overall delivery quality.
- Act as the primary advisor for high-value Canadian clients during critical business process audits.
- Establish standardized deployment frameworks to reduce implementation timelines and project overhead.
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience successfully leading mid-to-large scale Odoo ERP implementations.
- Full availability to work onsite at the Kiffcom Tunis office on a North American schedule.
- Expert-level mastery of Odoo core and advanced modules (Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Studio).
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing, training, or mentoring functional teams.
- Fleng and articulate communication skills in both French and English.
Nice to have
- Official Odoo Certified Professional designation for recent system versions.
- Technical familiarity with Python or PostgreSQL to better communicate with developers.
- Experience in pre-sales consulting or drafting technical-commercial client proposals.
